this shop owner is out of the mind. and scam for sure. As soon as I canceled the order he deleted my account in their shop And Now he refuses to refund. he says it is their policy. I placed the order 2-3days ago. And I changed my mind to buy other product so I requested the refund and because of their policy, they won't refund? Now the shop owner is refusing to refund me, even threatening and mocking me. I've done many transactions through PayPal, but I've never encountered a shop this ignorant and irrational. It's not like I said anything bad to begin with, but how is it that I'm being treated so emotionally and impersonally and not getting my money back? well I made a dispute on paypal and waiting for it. If your are looking for a figure shop, it is NOT a good place to buy it. I hope none else experiences that i did.
