“Firstly, if you order, you won't be able to get any kind of combined shipping discount. Not only does the seller have no time for you - he (Kit) refuses to answer basic questions about his in-stock or pre-order items. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in years, just refuses to help his customers. There's plenty of other online retailers out there - so please, choose wisely.”
“Unfortunately, what they say is true, but thanks to reading the reviews here, I managed to save my pre order deposit while I still could. Took Paypal 10 minutes to refund me, which is probably because they had many issues with him already. And all is accurate, he started cursing in his replies to me. The only difference is, I eat people like him for breakfast, so I am not alarmed. But he did encourage me to write this review.

The seller gave me strange answers regarding a pre ordered item that is sold out (the pre orders of this very limited 500 pieces item sold out as you can see here: https://www.sideshow.com/collectibles/star-wars-labria-sixth-scale-figure-sideshow-collectibles-100485)
For a minute i thought this seller has secured some items during pre sale, but his reply was strange (i can keep ordering as many as i want). You can also go to his website and add 1000 pieces to the cart, even though only 500 were made.

“I had an issue with him recently as well… though never with his products, which ship super fast and arrive in good condition. I had sent him a super friendly email asking if it was possible to change a pre-order to a different figure. In my email I said I totally understood if it wasn’t possible, but thought I’d ask. He was rude at first, then went into rage mode when I said there was no need to be rude as I had been very friendly and understanding. It was quite alarming. He then closed my account, which had 5 pre-orders on it, with no refund of my deposits… I’m hoping he’ll still fulfill the orders so I don’t lose over 200 dollars in deposits, but of course I have no recourse if he doesn’t, as he’s in China. He threatened to post our email exchange in his FB page, and I told him he absolutely had my permission to do so… I had said nothing wrong. At one point I tried to mollify him, saying that I knew he was a good businessman, and that it must be frustrating to deal with customers, but it seemed to make him even angrier. Finally I asked him to stop emailing me. I’ve bought many figures from him in the past, and was alarmed at his behaviour this time. I guess if you stay on his good side all is well, but if he gets upset it turns ugly quickly.”

Now the shop owner is refusing to refund me, even threatening and mocking me.
I've done many transactions through PayPal, but I've never encountered a shop this ignorant and irrational.
It's not like I said anything bad to begin with, but how is it that I'm being treated so emotionally and impersonally and not getting my money back?

If your are looking for a figure shop, it is NOT a good place to buy it.

“DON'T BUY from onesixthkit! This is not a first negative review for this bad seller and there will be more from other collectors. Yes, Kit Chen, from onesixthkit, is an unprofessional seller, a rude person. He will scam you. He will close your account and rip off all your preorder deposits if you ask for a refund. They're your preorders, you've paid for them, so your have the rights to ask the seller how it's going on and when they will be delivered, Kit Chen will answer you unprofessionally, irresponsibly. Open a Paypal case if you still can, don't close your case unless you've got your money back. Don't buy from onesixthkit. It isn't the only place that sells toys, go buy somewhere else if you want your toys. It's your hard earned money after all.”
“Unprofessional and rude. When you inquire as to the status of your order and why it's overdue by a year, he demands you chase down his suppliers on their social profiles. I told him I would no longer support his business and he threw a fit, and has since stolen my money and shut down my account. Support the actual artists, avoid letting this middleman take a piece of their sales.”
“HORRIBLE!!! I got ripped off by Kit from Onesixthkit. He has very shady business practices. Paid for an order in full and never received the item nor a refund. All I got was hateful massages from him when I tried to get my money back. I was blocked from his Facebook group so I could not share with the community my experience. He tries to silence people who he rips off.”
“If you value your time and dignity I highly suggest against dealing with this business. I politely tried to negotiate for a more reasonable price via email for an item I was interested in with customer support because the product they were selling online was overpriced, which it clearly must have been because I managed to find it even cheaper from someone else literally the same day relatively easily. He brushed me off and told me if I don't like the price, I can buy elsewhere and so I did. He went on to try to mock me a few days later saying he price checked on ebay and sold it for $150 more than what he was selling it for previously, clearly full of himself and proud for scalp pricing. I put him in his place by responding with a screenshot of my purchase for the same exact item, in better condition, and considerably cheaper than his asking price from someone else and basically said good for him. It's cute that he gets so excited for selling something for $550. It turns out this clown is actually the admin and went on to insinuate that I'm a "lowballer" when I hadn't even given an offer, solely because I tried to get a more reasonable price. Yet I managed to buy the same exact item in better condition and at a more reasonable price like he rudely told me before. This person uses his position as an online retailer to get wholesale pricing from distributors just to leverage and manipulate pricing to scalp his customers, which is absolutely sick and shameful for an online retailer with his own website. This business has absolutely no credibility if how he talks to customers, his reviews, and reputation as an online troll are anything to go by. He is currently harassing me through email and threatening to expose our email correspondence in "public", as if I'm somehow supposed to be afraid of that. This clown clearly enjoys harassing and threatening people online like a coward as he willfully admitted to doing so multiple times to other customers and continued to make himself look like a fool in the process. This says a lot about his business acumen and etiquette if he needs to relegate himself and retort in such a childish manner. I don't even understand how he managed to open his own business, let alone his own online store when he displays such alarmingly childish behavior and demeanor. To summarize, this is a very illogical and narcissistic person coupled with an ungodly amount of stupidity who enjoys distorting facts and throwing online tantrums when told things he doesn't want to hear. Stay away unless you enjoy being harassed and threatened by someone who's supposed to be a respectable business owner.”

“I previously ordered the 1/12 infinity war manniple captain america headsculpt and was extremely pleased with the product and so when the unbearded version came ino stock with onesixthkit I ordered it straight away. It arrived today and once again I was blown away with the likeness and quality. These custom heads massively improve any sh figuarts figure. Also arrived very quickly again. In the future I will definitely be ordering the doctor strange head and cloak. Thanks onesixthkit! I have uploaded a photo but they really don't do the product justice.”

I received the item very quickly and in perfect condition and they wer quick to respond to any enquiries I made. The head that I ordered has a fantastic likeness to Chris Evans and is like a mini hot toy. Highly recommended.”
