“I had an issue with him recently as well… though never with his products, which ship super fast and arrive in good condition. I had sent him a super friendly email asking if it was possible to change a pre-order to a different figure. In my email I said I totally understood if it wasn’t possible, but thought I’d ask. He was rude at first, then went into rage mode when I said there was no need to be rude as I had been very friendly and understanding. It was quite alarming. He then closed my account, which had 5 pre-orders on it, with no refund of my deposits… I’m hoping he’ll still fulfill the orders so I don’t lose over 200 dollars in deposits, but of course I have no recourse if he doesn’t, as he’s in China. He threatened to post our email exchange in his FB page, and I told him he absolutely had my permission to do so… I had said nothing wrong. At one point I tried to mollify him, saying that I knew he was a good businessman, and that it must be frustrating to deal with customers, but it seemed to make him even angrier. Finally I asked him to stop emailing me. I’ve bought many figures from him in the past, and was alarmed at his behaviour this time. I guess if you stay on his good side all is well, but if he gets upset it turns ugly quickly.”
