Price was good. But the customer service was 1/5. The first guy that drove us to the airport was super nice. However, when we returned and needed a shuttle from the airport back to the parking, I called customer service and went to where I was supposed to (based on the email), and he said the driver would call me when he arrives. I call back after 30 mins (of no calls or texts), and a woman answers and I explain the situation. She was quite rude and said “no one calls you. They don’t have time to call you”. She was not helpful at all, and didn’t listen to the situation. I walk outside because there’s a car that resembles what I’m looking for, but I wasn’t sure. Just as I got to him he was calling me (so the lady was wrong). If the cars were branded and there was clear (and helpful) customer service, then this would have been a much better experience. It seems like their process isn’t efficient or streamlined, and this causes lots of confusion all around.
