“I highly recommend this service to my family and friends. This is my 11th time of using this service. I received an email from One Stop Parking this week offering a $5 discount if I entered the Black Friday Code at time of payment but the program never offered a place to enter the code. Please review so customers are not as disappointed as myself. Thank you.”

“I struggle when making reservations I called. I spoke with Jessica., a polite, knowledgeable, young lady who took the time to explain how to do it, and she also helped me reset my password. With her help I was able to make my reservation. ROS5685128.”

“Booking was very easy, although I called your representative to inquire when the shuttles start running to the Port of Miami for embarkation and he told me they started at 8:30 am but when I booked the reservation it stated that that the first shuttle starts running at 10:00 am. I wished he had told me that before I booked but it will still work as we are not getting parked until 9:00 - 9:30 am. The representative needs to make that clearer for guests who want to get over to the Port before 10:00 am.”
