“I just booked my parking at the airport with OneStopParking. The price are fair and I also got discounts. Not bad for 8 days parking. I love to make reservation at Marriott hotel each time I flight out Hobby. This is my first time booking through OneStopParking.”

“Last night I arrived at Pearson at post 37 at 9:25. There was another couple already waiting for the shuttle had been waiting for the shuttle for at least 15 minutes. No shuttle. I called the hotel four times and every time they told me it’s on its way. It’s on its way. It’ll be there in 10 minutes. It did not show up for 50 minutes. Your website and and best Western premierwebsite says the shuttle runs every half hour.. Just hung up from the insanely rude, shuttle manager at the hotel. I cannot believe how ignorant she was. She was arguing with me about what your website says and does not say. And that they shuttle is on call not every half hour. Either way the point is I called four times. She was so rude that my wife could hear her mouth and off at me from my phone. Needless to say, I hung up on her. I intend to write the western premiere about her. But I also expect you to do something about this. And I expect a phone call from you. I have used one stop parking many times as you can see from my history if you do not do something about this I will never use you again. Have someone call me i ASAP. I don’t tolerate this kind of ignorance in customer service.”

“I am new as a customer. I see it says no shuttle service required, just park and walk to the terminal. However, the picture shows building next to the parking. I am worried now. Down town Miami has building not the port. I hope I don’t have to pay a driver to drive me into the port now.”

“I always use One Stop Parking when I fly from CVG airport. I park at the Hilton Hotel near the airport and they have always met or exceeded my expectations. Free coffee early in the morning rocks!!”

“Parking at the hotel and shuttling to the airport was delayed. I tried communicating with the front desk asking how long it would take to get a driver. I stated if it was going to be much longer we would just drive to the airport, the agent didn’t like that I was simply trying to get to the airport and if they couldn’t get us there on time then I would get myself there. Upon returning home I called for a shuttle as soon as our bags were on the belt. Once again most likely the same agent asked me if we had our bags. Took my number and we waited and waited. I know it said the shuttle can take 30 minutes so I called at 35 and it was very clear a shuttle had not Ben sent. We waited over an hour for a ride back to the hotel were we parked. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE”
