“It was easy to book, but all the "extra" options were a surprise. I'm still happy with my rate and am glad I know exactly where I'll be parking.”

“Senior discount or any discount for being 68 yrs old would have been nice. Sorry if I missed it at checkout/prepayment. Correct my total if I didn't receive any credit for a 1st time purchase.”

“The registration process could be improved. The forms are not the easiest to navigate. in fact, at one point after I got to near the final step, the pages changed so dramatically, I thought I somehow ended up on a completely different site. This review is only for the registration process. I will gladly write another for the actual parking experience after I return from my trip.”

“The process is ok, but could be made easier. I went to the hotel where the parking was and they had to do something to show that I had prepaid. There should be an option where I can put my information in that shows I paid, or already have my payment proven, such as a log in.”

“I was sent an offer code and when I attempted to apply it at checkout it stated" not a valid code". I overpaid for my parking reservation and I feel that I should be issued a credit.”

“Recent Changes have made it more difficult to actually park for those of us who do not live our lives on a "Samrt Phone". No opportunity to interface with an actual human. No one to answer questions or help get logged in and leave the vehicle.”

“I started parking 3 years ago with one stop parking and because the parking was at hotel sites I understood the rates were listed because the parking was NOT on the airport lot. Now I see a charge for “AIRPORT PARKING “., even tho my vehicle is parked at a hotel property. ???”

“I had to book the parking twice as I had a code and although it seemed to take the code, it really did not. So I cance;led and rebooked. The layout of the check out is very confusing.”

“On my way to the airport, called the parking contact 30mins before arrival as indicated on the booking. On arrival, I drove past the car park because the signage was badly located and no lighting, after driving for few hundred yards, turned round and found the car park on my way back. On arrival in the dark, I met a guy dressed in dark coat and he asked me to park outside the gate by the little bush path and he said there was no parking space inside the yard plus he doesn't work for the company. So I sat in the car for about 30 mins waiting for my shuttle to arrive and I was so scared if I was going to leave my car with the right people. I took a snap shot of my car mileage just to make sure that my car was not been used in my absence. The shuttle eventually arrived after 30mins and took me to the airport, very friendly driver. On my return, I phoned the number on the booking after collecting my bags and they asked me to wait at the same point where I was dropped off, waited for about 20mins and I got picked up by a very nice driver. On my arrival at the parking lot, my car was nicely parked in the car park and I checked my mileage and the body of my car and it was completely intact. Not sure if I will use them again but the price was reasonable though.”

“Parking was convenient in Milw. location. The shuttle going to the airport was fine and driver was friendly...Getting a shuttle to pick us up at the airport was a different story. Very cold weather and had to call them 3 times for the shuttle to finally arrive. I was told that it would always be within a few mins. Waited 40 mins. total. Friendly driver, but not sure that I would use them again in colder weather.”
