“VERY confusing Website made for a LONG reservation. PLEASE SIMPLIFY making a parking reservation. It took me over a half-hour to make a simple reservation.”

“I've used OneStopParking several times and it's generally a great place to find a good deal on airport parking, however I was frustrated today when I purchased because the $7 off promo code they'd directly emailed me just minutes earlier failed to work. Not the end of the world, but also not saving me what I expected either.”

“Was easy to setup and use. Especially for a first timer and someone not familiar with the area (transplant that hasn't ysed this airport before). Wasn't thrilled about the processing fee. Since it doubled the cost. However if it is as easy as described, it's still cheaper than the actual airport, and more convenient to get into and out of.”

“I can't tell if it's less expensive to combine my one night hotel stay WITH parking.... or book them separately. While combining them is easier, I'm not sure about cost.”

“Everything was fine, except the QR Code scanner didn't work upon entry OR exit, and I had to wait (with frustrated people behind me) while I pushed the call for help button so someone could let me in and out.”

“The shuttle sevice is great but there should be something in place to allow people to board in the order they arrive at the curb. We waited over a half an hour outside with our luggage and when the shuttle pulled up and stopped for loading, the people that were closest to the back of the shuttle were boarded first even though they just walked out the door. We had to wait for the next shuttle and the same thing almost happened again. We had to speak up and even then people did not want to let us on before them. We do not mind to wait our turn but do not enjoy being pushed out of the way by other passengers that just arrived. It is a very stressfull way to begin a vacation. Unfortunately for that reason, I may not use the sevice again. Thank you.”

“I needed to change the reservation. Not a date change, but I needed to arrive earlier because my flight changed. I was able to do so, but my $5.00 coupon credit was removed, and I was not allowed to use another one, so the price went up. I was able to cancel the reservation, then rebook using a current coupon. This could have been five stars if not for this programming difficulty. It was disappointing and an extra effort on my part.”

“Paid in advance, reasonable pricing based on other websites. But, due to inconveniences caused by baggage coming off flight ~45min after disembarking, was charged ~33% extra for the added time, which is ridiculous given that the added time was ~2% of the time for which I pre-paid.”

“First, I’ve used OneStop before, so this review is not based on just one reservation. Tried to use the app but I have to say that the app is useless on iPhone. It’s literally impossible to use: would not accept my info; can’t sign up, let alone make a reservation. Finally ended up getting the job done via website.”

“It was fine and a good price- but the website said Nothing about Only going to the West Terminal at the Denver International Airport- I needed to go to the East terminal- the shuttle refused- I was on crutches so it complicated my airport experience. I let OneStop know 🤷🏻‍♀️”

We're sorry you had to go through this, Carla. We've just updated the hotel shuttle information to better reflect that fact. Indeed the shuttle goes to and from the West terminal only.
