“I needed to change the reservation. Not a date change, but I needed to arrive earlier because my flight changed. I was able to do so, but my $5.00 coupon credit was removed, and I was not allowed to use another one, so the price went up. I was able to cancel the reservation, then rebook using a current coupon. This could have been five stars if not for this programming difficulty. It was disappointing and an extra effort on my part.”

“Paid in advance, reasonable pricing based on other websites. But, due to inconveniences caused by baggage coming off flight ~45min after disembarking, was charged ~33% extra for the added time, which is ridiculous given that the added time was ~2% of the time for which I pre-paid.”

“First, I’ve used OneStop before, so this review is not based on just one reservation. Tried to use the app but I have to say that the app is useless on iPhone. It’s literally impossible to use: would not accept my info; can’t sign up, let alone make a reservation. Finally ended up getting the job done via website.”

“It was fine and a good price- but the website said Nothing about Only going to the West Terminal at the Denver International Airport- I needed to go to the East terminal- the shuttle refused- I was on crutches so it complicated my airport experience. I let OneStop know 🤷🏻‍♀️”

We're sorry you had to go through this, Carla. We've just updated the hotel shuttle information to better reflect that fact. Indeed the shuttle goes to and from the West terminal only.
