“The registration process could be improved. The forms are not the easiest to navigate. in fact, at one point after I got to near the final step, the pages changed so dramatically, I thought I somehow ended up on a completely different site. This review is only for the registration process. I will gladly write another for the actual parking experience after I return from my trip.”

“The process is ok, but could be made easier. I went to the hotel where the parking was and they had to do something to show that I had prepaid. There should be an option where I can put my information in that shows I paid, or already have my payment proven, such as a log in.”

“I was sent an offer code and when I attempted to apply it at checkout it stated" not a valid code". I overpaid for my parking reservation and I feel that I should be issued a credit.”

“Recent Changes have made it more difficult to actually park for those of us who do not live our lives on a "Samrt Phone". No opportunity to interface with an actual human. No one to answer questions or help get logged in and leave the vehicle.”

“I started parking 3 years ago with one stop parking and because the parking was at hotel sites I understood the rates were listed because the parking was NOT on the airport lot. Now I see a charge for “AIRPORT PARKING “., even tho my vehicle is parked at a hotel property. ???”

Thank you for your feedback. The airport access fee is required by the airport and applies to hotels that operate shuttle services, even if they aren’t located directly on airport property.
