“I do not have a printer to print out confirmation for parking. It is hard to believe that with today's technology that we need to waste time, energy and paper! I am going to cancel reservation”

Thank you Jackie for bringing this to our attention. We spoke with the hotel in question and had them revise this requirement. We provide our partners with various paperless methods for validating bookings and enforcement. The requirement to print has now been removed. We appreciate your feedback and hope you reconsider. “OneStopParking was selected based on the attractive daily rate. However, after paying for transportation from the airport back to the hotel parking lot, the price was comparable to other regional parking, and their courtesy shuttles ran frequently without the need to request them.”

Timothy, Our STL hotel partners run courtesy shuttles as well, every 30 minutes. Did you have to pay for transportation back to the hotel parking lot? If there was an issue with the shuttle or you had to pay for a service that was included in the reservation, please contact info@onestopparking.com to get it sorted out. “My Cart showed $4.95 per day. When I completed the transaction it went to $6.95 per day. What a scam. I am sorry I signed up.”

“Parking is ok. Pickup from airport is horrible! Have waited up to 2 hours because there is no method to their system. People rush the shuttle leaving it next to impossible for elderly or handicapped customers to get a shuttle.”

“Used them for parking in Heathrow T3. Good price but all round poor experience. Car collection and return took 45 mins each time. No one answered the phone until my 30th attempt, very stressful almost missed flight. As they have no desk in short stay parking you just have to stand around waiting for them at car drop off section. Pay a little extra for piece of mind with another company. Car was filthy upon return.”
