“I prepaid this website to park and upon arrival the QR code did not work. Upon returning from my trip I had to pay the hotel additional $169.00 for the days of parking. No phone to contact, only an email. Save yourself the time and money!!”

“It is clear to me that this location is now got a contract with Amazon and they are prioritizing picking up Amazon and dropping them off instead of keeping to the shuttle schedule so if you're OK with being late for your flight or being stuck at the airport outside for an hour, you should book here”

“The driver does not want to take us because we’re the only party in the van at this time. He’s attempting to argue that we are not signed up for his shuttle and pacing around in anger. Guess we’ll try another parking service next time.”

“I cancelled my first reservation because it had misinformation on it. Then I went to re-book it after talking with the hotel to clear that up, and the same exact reservation costs $10 more. All within 15 min.”
