“There is nobody to answer phones, take emails, or answer concerns”

“It all looked good online. You charged 6 months in advance of my trip. I have never had this happen before. Holding someone's money before the service had happened is not OK. Also you pricing is way off mark rates. I have canceled my reservation and will be looking for my refund”

“I received no notice that they closed the old terminal today. I got very disjointed instructions at the booth. This parking lot is nowhere near walking distance or close to the new terminal. I would never park here again.”

“Two slashed tires - Quality Inn Dorval Parked there for three weeks for a trip abroad. Came back to two tires looking pretty low on air, even though our vehicle is recent and had been taken to the shop prior to our trip to make sure it was in tip top shape (it was). We got home to realize that not only the tires were loosing air to the point of being flat, but upon further examination look like they've been slashed. I wish I could include pictures with this review. Don't park there.”

“We booked and paid for a reservation and when we got to the parking lot we were told we have to find somewhere else. I called the office about my refund and emailed them and still have not had none reach back out to me. This place is a scam.”

“I prepaid this website to park and upon arrival the QR code did not work. Upon returning from my trip I had to pay the hotel additional $169.00 for the days of parking. No phone to contact, only an email. Save yourself the time and money!!”

“It is clear to me that this location is now got a contract with Amazon and they are prioritizing picking up Amazon and dropping them off instead of keeping to the shuttle schedule so if you're OK with being late for your flight or being stuck at the airport outside for an hour, you should book here”

“The driver does not want to take us because we’re the only party in the van at this time. He’s attempting to argue that we are not signed up for his shuttle and pacing around in anger. Guess we’ll try another parking service next time.”
