Parking spot was actually closed and I never got my money back. There is no Customer Service Phone Number.

I was unable to purchase a parking pass because the Catchcha app kept saying "complete the catchcha' and I repeatedly did that but it wouldn't let me purchase the pass so I went to another parking lot.

The driver does not want to take us because we’re the only party in the van at this time. He’s attempting to argue that we are not signed up for his shuttle and pacing around in anger. Guess we’ll try another parking service next time.

I cancelled my first reservation because it had misinformation on it. Then I went to re-book it after talking with the hotel to clear that up, and the same exact reservation costs $10 more. All within 15 min.

Parking lot availability information from this site is not accurate even after a full payment. When I arrived at the hotel at 4 am for registration, the hotel parking lot was full.

Said i could use my points for a 11 plus dollar discount. Came back with about a 50 cent discount. No way to contact company in a timely manner when booking

Last night I arrived at Pearson at post 37 at 9:25. There was another couple already waiting for the shuttle had been waiting for the shuttle for at least 15 minutes. No shuttle. I called the hotel four times and every time they told me it’s on its way. It’s on its way. It’ll be there in 10 minutes. It did not show up for 50 minutes. Your website and and best Western premierwebsite says the shuttle runs every half hour.. Just hung up from the insanely rude, shuttle manager at the hotel. I cannot believe how ignorant she was. She was arguing with me about what your website says and does not say. And that they shuttle is on call not every half hour. Either way the point is I called four times. She was so rude that my wife could hear her mouth and off at me from my phone. Needless to say, I hung up on her. I intend to write the western premiere about her. But I also expect you to do something about this. And I expect a phone call from you. I have used one stop parking many times as you can see from my history if you do not do something about this I will never use you again. Have someone call me i ASAP. I don’t tolerate this kind of ignorance in customer service.

Parking at the hotel and shuttling to the airport was delayed. I tried communicating with the front desk asking how long it would take to get a driver. I stated if it was going to be much longer we would just drive to the airport, the agent didn’t like that I was simply trying to get to the airport and if they couldn’t get us there on time then I would get myself there. Upon returning home I called for a shuttle as soon as our bags were on the belt. Once again most likely the same agent asked me if we had our bags. Took my number and we waited and waited. I know it said the shuttle can take 30 minutes so I called at 35 and it was very clear a shuttle had not Ben sent. We waited over an hour for a ride back to the hotel were we parked. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Horrific experience with the parking service offered be Best Western located at 5300 Airport Square Lane, Sandston, VA. Please remove them as an option for travelers out of the Richmond Airport. They left me stranded in 32 degrees temperature as I was instructed by them to wait outside. Kept calling the hotel to get updates of the shuttle but never answered the phone. Finally decided to call a cab to the hotel. They were just ignoring my calls because the shuttle was parked there and the driver was at the lobby. The manager told me that since I didn’t stay at the hotel they were not obligated to pick me up. I paid to park there and expect them to honor the full agreement. Just lousy service. Beware to all travelers!

had a terrible experience with the manager at 6000 Royal Mount Ave. Upon arrival, he refused to accept my car and was extremely rude. When I called for directions, he hung up on me and later texted me, mocking my ability to follow maps—even though the location had no clear signs or identification. His unprofessionalism and lack of assistance caused me to miss my flight, forcing me to run through the airport and making me feel unwell. Completely unacceptable service.

I wrote a review about my airport parking experience at a specific location near PDX that I booked through onestopparking, since my car was stolen from the lot and I want other people to be aware of the potential risk. They decided to refund my parking cost, and didn't post my review (probably because it was refunded/I was no longer a customer??). This is super sketchy to me- I specifically looked through the reviews before booking, and would like to be able to trust reviews to provide an honest assessment as opposed to only the positive impressions.

Joke of a business. Any good review is written by them for sure. First issue was when I needed a shuttle service, called as directed 30 minutes before arriving. "Sorry but we have not recieved your reservation soon enough to prepare a shuttle for you". Ok, I'll uber to the areoport, i tell him. He calls back, "please sir, there is an elderly couple who also just dropped off their car, can you take them with your Uber please. I will refund you when you return to pick up your car" Tonight I landed back at montreal areoport, called after I picked up my luggage and got yelled at. " why you call now fir your car, my driver wait al day no call to inform me what are doing, you can get your key tomorrow" he tells me. I say what the f#@k, he says "you don't say this word at me, you don't know me" like he will fight me or something. I wasn't even angry or yelling, just confused as the advertisement says open during the hours I tried to call. Then tells me he should charge me more for the extra time my car is there. Save your money and sanity, park anywhere else. Horrible service, low class people.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided for parking at this hotel. When we called for the shuttle to pick us up, we were informed that it was not running at that hour, even though our parking was scheduled until 1 a.m. This left us stranded, and we had to arrange and pay for an Uber out of pocket. Had we known the shuttle service would not be available as paid for, we would never have chosen this parking option for DIA. The lack of communication and failure to provide the advertised service is unacceptable.nThis experience has been frustrating, and I cannot recommend this service to others.
