“Navigating the webpage was a little of a challenge. I then tried to find a phone number to speak with a live person. It took a while but I did. The wait time was long and I chose to have a call back. 30 minutes later, the call still has not arrived.”

“Glad I found your website!!! Researching for a trip in MAY 2027…. Found EVEN MOTEL that offers long term parking thru ONE SPOT PARKING… made Reservations for BOTH!!! Awesome.. the other Parking service I have used before won’t even let me search the dates I need… no telling when these dates will be accessible through their app. Thank you ONE SPOT Parking”

“It was fine and a good price- but the website said Nothing about Only going to the West Terminal at the Denver International Airport- I needed to go to the East terminal- the shuttle refused- I was on crutches so it complicated my airport experience. I let OneStop know 🤷🏻‍♀️”

We're sorry you had to go through this, Carla. We've just updated the hotel shuttle information to better reflect that fact. Indeed the shuttle goes to and from the West terminal only.
