“The process was quick and easy. Although the price was the same as if I booked it directly with the hotel. No problem though, I was in and out of the hotel in 10 minutes on the shuttle and at the airport in plenty of time.”

Thank you Jackie for bringing this to our attention. We spoke with the hotel in question and had them revise this requirement. We provide our partners with various paperless methods for validating bookings and enforcement. The requirement to print has now been removed. We appreciate your feedback and hope you reconsider.
