“I use Onestopparking every time I travel by air. The cost is lower than parking at the airport and parking at the hotel is easy. The shuttle drivers are very friendly too.”
“Very happy with business in Rochester NY. Had to wait just a little when dropping of car as had to wait for only one on duty at Quality Inn. Arrived at airport on timely basis. When returned we were also picked up on a timely basis. Have already referred and will do such again. Great price.”
“Parking was convenient in Milw. location. The shuttle going to the airport was fine and driver was friendly...Getting a shuttle to pick us up at the airport was a different story. Very cold weather and had to call them 3 times for the shuttle to finally arrive. I was told that it would always be within a few mins. Waited 40 mins. total. Friendly driver, but not sure that I would use them again in colder weather.”
“Used them for parking in Heathrow T3. Good price but all round poor experience. Car collection and return took 45 mins each time. No one answered the phone until my 30th attempt, very stressful almost missed flight. As they have no desk in short stay parking you just have to stand around waiting for them at car drop off section. Pay a little extra for piece of mind with another company. Car was filthy upon return.”
“The on route trip to the airport was overall fine. However, the return trip was a nightmare. After arriving at the airport, we called ahead to notify them of our arrival. They said they'd be able to come at 11am, which wasn't too bad, we just had to wait 20-30 minutes (as we'd arrived at the meeting spot at like 10:30). However, come 11:20, they still haven't shown up. We call back several times in the course of the next two hours and get terrible responses from there is traffic, to having "issues" and many other excuses. Half of the time they were incredibly rude about it too, hanging up several times before we finish talking, thus making us having to repeat call again. Almost every call they say they are sending the driver or he is coming. They keep on saying they'll be right there so because of that, we decide to wait outside in the cold waiting for them when we have two people sick. They finally show up shortly after 1:00pm, resulting in an almost 3 hour wait time.
Upon talking to the other passengers, apparently the van they use to pick people up has made several trips and they themselves had to let one van go as It was full. Despite them saying they'll call us (which they never did) and us keeping our eyes peeled for the van (which took like 3 calls to get the van colour and model from them, it was wrong too), it still took 3 hours of waiting. But the biggest problem was how they kept on lying to us and making excuses about traffic or some other bullsh*t reason.”
“The worst ever parking, they do not have real shuttle and want you to manage your bags with other travelers bags.. to the point they asked us to take one traveler and leave the other at the airport, then we come back to the airport to pick up the left waiting traveler....never book with them. Not to mention the awful discussion on phone with them.”
“Van driver refused to take us to airport due to overbooking. Was told it would be an additional hour until they could transfer us to airport! I can’t recommend.”
