Used them for parking in Heathrow T3. Good price but all round poor experience. Car collection and return took 45 mins each time. No one answered the phone until my 30th attempt, very stressful almost missed flight. As they have no desk in short stay parking you just have to stand around waiting for them at car drop off section. Pay a little extra for piece of mind with another company. Car was filthy upon return.
