“OneStopParking was selected based on the attractive daily rate. However, after paying for transportation from the airport back to the hotel parking lot, the price was comparable to other regional parking, and their courtesy shuttles ran frequently without the need to request them.”

Timothy, Our STL hotel partners run courtesy shuttles as well, every 30 minutes. Did you have to pay for transportation back to the hotel parking lot? If there was an issue with the shuttle or you had to pay for a service that was included in the reservation, please contact info@onestopparking.com to get it sorted out.
