“It was not easy to register at the hotel front desk, but most importantly, the shuttle driver at the Sheraton in Raleigh was extremely rude. We were told by the front desk that the shuttle would leave at 4:00pm. At approximately 3:45 I was parking our vehicle when the shuttle van showed up, loaded our bags and said he had to leave immediately. When my wife said I would return shortly from parking our vehicle he got indignant, unloaded our bags and sped off saying had he would be back by 4:00. He did not return until 4:25 and we almost missed our 5:30 flight. Terrible customer service.”

“I have used One Stop Parking in the past. I can no longer go directly to the hotel we like to park at and need to use One Stop Parking. It is easy and they have a great cancellation policy. I booked a month in advance of our trip.”
