I love using OneStopParking at the Hyatt. I do
wish they would improve on navigating the reservation and the check in process. It is cumbersome and slow and always difficult to get to the QR code and reservation information up when you click the link. When you check in at the hotel, they then ask you to repeat info you’ve already put in when you made the reservation. An app would be great! I’ve missed my shuttle because the front desk people take forever to check you in through the system….not their fault, but give yourself ample time if you can!
