I found this company to be honest and businesslike. They dealt promptly with my order and the goods were received in substantial packaging which gave complete protection to the items. I bought two specific mugs which were replacing ones which I had broken. I had experienced great difficulty in sourcing these mugs and much appreciated being able to find a company who were able to provide them.
