Failed to deliver the order in full and did not rectify the situation - trying instead to charge for the undelivered items - Clearly a breach of contract and this matter shall be reported to trading standards
The order was placed legitimately - the checkout basket contained two items and the purchase price for this bundle - only one item was delivered - no communication either after purchase or during the delivery period. NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!
