“I bought Scholl insoles (plantar fasciitis) and they're well made. OP4U uses Royal Mail (RM)as a courier, strangely they also advice to use Shop App to trace your order. I placed my order with RM next day delivery on Saturday night.
There was no communication from OP4U on Monday. I traced my order with the Shop App and a message came that my order was delivered at 14:30 hours that day ?(Monday)
Then I emailed OP4U asking for RM tracking reference. OP4U replied to my request and also send another email on Tuesday that my order has been dispatched. So anyway RM picked my order from OP4U on Tuesday and consequently I received my order on Wednesday.
Royal Mail is the best UK courier, and all is needed is a tracking number, which was not provided by OP4U. In addition RM were able to pick my order from OP4U on the second working day.”
