Additionally, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a 1 to 2 working day service, not a guaranteed next-day delivery. While it is usually very efficient, occasional delays can occur that are unfortunately outside of our control.
We also apologise if you had difficulty reaching us — our team experienced a higher volume of inquiries than usual, but we are always working to improve our response times.

“Online order taken with next day delivery paid for. After two days there was no indication of dispatch so I contacted Online Pharmacy 4u by email and had a response with apologies for delay and item had been out of stock and it seems there was a delay in replenishing the stock. I later had a email saying the item had been dispatched with a Royal Mail 24h tracking number, but 5 days later the was no indication on Royal Mail tracking that they had received the package. Yesterday 9 March I received an email from Royal Mail saying the item would be delivered today 9 March and it was delivered 1 week after ordering. Ultimately I was happy to finally receive the ordered item and I did receive reasonably prompt responses to my email enquiries regarding the delay so was happy with that. I wasn't so happy with payment and next day delivery payment being taken for out of stock item.”
