Second one after 4 or 5 puffs I started tasting burnt flavour then after another 4 or 5 puffs it just stopped working which is unfortunate. The light still comes up so there's something still in it but I think the heating element must of been faulty. Paying nearly £8 for 1 I wouldn't expect this to happen.”

“I placed an order between Christmas and new years and the order stated 1-2 days delivery. Unfortunately the delivery took over 2 weeks and was incomplete when it arrived. I have contacted the customer services and they have been helpful and very quick to respond. I would have given more starts if I was kept informed of delays and all my items were delivered together.”
