Thank you for your review. We can see you placed your order over the weekend, and Royal Mail do not deliver on Sunday, hence the 1-day delay. We do aplogise for this.

“Delivery very poor ..told would be friday ,then got e.mail Saturday between 10.15 and 3.15 .nope never arrived then went on to track my order ....it stated would be delivered tuesday .then actually got it on monday 🙉🙉 so for that reason would not order again .sorry”

“The Replens MD I ordered was for the cream with reusable applicator. I received two packets of ready filled applicators which, because I am 86 and have arthritic hands I am unable to use as they are too stiff. I have to get someone to empty them and then use the cream which is very messy and inconvenient. Delivery took 11 days which I found unacceptable. I will not order from you again.”
“I have had blood tests done although the service provided was good, I don't understand why you wouldn't provide any answers for the results? Kind of defeats the object, will be going back to thriva for future ones as they at least explain what's wrong!”
