Ordered a product at a very good price, for delivery in one to two business days. Ordering process was very good. Then nothing happened! They sent an e-mail stating that I still had products in my basket but when I went onto the site the basket was empty! Tried to ring the phone number on Sunday, a week after the order, the telephone number advertised just music played. Tried again on Monday, same result except the phone was answered in approximately 20 seconds by a very efficient gentleman, whose voice sounded very upset when I explained the reason for the call. He said that he would sort out the issue and I would have my order the following day. This happened. The three comments I would make are: 1. Have a identification message when one rings in, even if its only to say the office is closed followed by the opening hours. 2. Ensure all orders are tracked when made on line, even if it requires a dedicated person, because the impression given was the the site was run by a very small group of multi tasking people. 3. The response given once contact was made, was first class and highly recommended.
