Communication via email with this company was very good.
That said, I purchased EpiPens. Unfortunately they need replacing in 10 months already. When I contacted them to say that these goods should have a shelf life of at least 12 months they replied to say that they only make sure EpiPens are good for at least 6 months...be aware when you make the purchase! I would have picked a different company if I had known that.
