“Packaging wasn’t good it was ripped by the time it arrived and my nieces were questioning what it was! Please be more discreet by using thicker packaging”
“One of the ordered products was unavailable which should have been evident at time of placing order . I was charged for the product at time of purchase . You need a more up to date stock checker to ensure customers are not charged if an item is unavailable. I also feel delivery charge is very high . Wish I’d bought the product on Amazon , as I had intended to do .”

Thank you for your review, We do apologise, but you order was over the long bank holiday ''good friday, Saturday, Sunday & bank holiday Monday, hence the delay caused as Royal Mail were also not operating during this time. We can see the item has now been delivered within 5 working days as per the 2nd class postage you had selected on check-out.
