Packaging wasn’t good it was ripped by the time it arrived and my nieces were questioning what it was! Please be more discreet by using thicker packaging

One of the ordered products was unavailable which should have been evident at time of placing order . I was charged for the product at time of purchase . You need a more up to date stock checker to ensure customers are not charged if an item is unavailable. I also feel delivery charge is very high . Wish I’d bought the product on Amazon , as I had intended to do .

I was only able to order two tubes of eye gel for a long term eye problem which is not on prescription and I had to pay postage and packaging which made it quite expensive

Dissapointed that the postage cost 50% of the order and took 5 days to arrive. 1st class post would have been quiker ans cheaper

I haven't tried the product I ordered but I am disappointed that having paid extra to receive my order within 24 hours, the delivery took three days.

Dear Jeanette, Thank you for your review, We do apologise, but you order was over the long bank holiday ''good friday, Saturday, Sunday & bank holiday Monday, hence the delay caused as Royal Mail were also not operating during this time. We can see the item has now been delivered within 5 working days as per the 2nd class postage you had selected on check-out.

I am very disappointed about the delivery. I have ordered Aptamil Pepti from this farmacy with 1-2 days delivery , but still a week and I did not received the order and I even paid extra. This order was very important for my baby !!!

I received a box of expired medication. I sent an email with a picture of the expired box as soon as it arrived but I had no reply from the support team. No reply, no refund, no apology.

I was disappointed when my Laxido 30 sachets arrived as they indicated on the website that there were 30 sachets per pack but there were only 20 per pack. I noticed afterward that the indication of 20 per pack was in small, lighter writing. A bit of a deception in my opinion. However, the delivery was good as was the packaging.

The item I purchased online which I received was not what I ordered. I contacted yourselves, the response was somewhat different. Not good customer service.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your review. We did contact you and left you a voice message to explain there are shortages within the UK of that particular item, and we refunded you the other item rather than you having to wait longer than you should need to.

I still have not received my order via Royak Mail, set it up for collection at local Post office as I work full time, tried to deliver at home address, re-directed for second delivery same post office, again tried to deliver to home address. At my wits end no-one to speak to, tried the robot voice message, did not understand my reference no. Appalling service!
