“The product I received was not the product advertised on the website nor the picture of the product on the order slip. The one I ordered said dermatologist approved, the one I received did not. I wrote an email to complain but I did not get a reply.”

“I ordered some vitamins from here because I wanted them to take on holiday. Website stated a one to two day delivery. Three days later they had not arrived, with no message of explanation. On my return 10 days later there was no message and no pills had arrived. I emailed and they were then dispatched immediately but why did I need to remind them? This would make me nervous about using this fir again, especially if in a hurry, although they did put things right immediately I wrote to them.”

“I ordered Potters herbal cough lozenges, two packets.
Only one packet arrived with a packing order 2 of 2.
I ordered 2 so that I could introduce a friend to these valuable cough remedies, but as only one pack arrived ....... disappointed.
Pharmacy 4U refunded cost of missing packet, but I would have preferred receiving the second pack. If I order again, I'll be paying postage again, which makes them very expensive.”
“Ordered two Phorpain at 10%,they sent one at 5% which is not as effective. I complained reply received, the wrong barcode was used. I could return the 5% and then have 25% off the 10%.I pointed out by the time I went to the Post Office and paid postage the discount would be nil despise the inconvenience,suggested their error and should just send another tube of 10%not rereceived a response.”
