“disappointed that it took so long to deliver, obviously even though the small print says 1-2 working days, they don't count sunday when it was dispatched. Paid for most expensive postage as it was an emergency but got the product after 4 days (my fault I assume for not reading the small print). The cost was ridiculous at £19.79 considering I had to go to the local hospital pharmacy and the cost was £7.20. I will not be ordering online again”
“I ordered from Pharmacy 4U, because I needed compression tights urgently following foam sclerotherapy. The website in formed me that if I ordered within 4hrs I would receive them the following day which was a Sunday. Sounded perfect. When I got to checkout the information was that they would be royal mail, so I realised that I wasn't going to receive on the Sunday. However I assumed that they would post them on the day that I placed the order and I would recieve them on the Monday. However, Monday afternoon arrived and I hadn't received an email to say they had been shipped. I called the phone number on the website to cancel the order as the tights were now not going to be any use to me and was told that I needed to send an email as the order placed would be handled by a different part of the organisation. I sent an email asking them to cancel my order. Received an email back thanking me for my email and patiience and they were doing everything that they could to get my order from their supplers and get it to me as soon as possible. I sent another email with PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER. Received anothetr reply thanking me again for my patience and that they doing everything they could to expidite my order. Later that day they sent me an email saying that they had shipped my order. The order arrived the next day. To say that I am totally cheesed off with Parmacy 4U is an understatement. They obviously don't read any communications that are sent to them.”
“Paid for speedy delivery but order did not arrive until today, 6 days later, when emailing to ask for updates got standard reply of saying it's Royal Maile delay and it will be looked into but never got updates back, on my tracker Royal Mail we're still awaiting to receive the item to them up until yesterday morning. On opening the box everything I was expecting was there so that was a plus, won't use again as never offered anything back after paying extra for speedy delivery or satisfactory replies”

“Delivery provider is very poor and delivery dates and times are not accurate. Placed an order on a Thur even for 1-2 delivery. Was notified by delivery provider that the order would be delivered on the Sat morning. Didnt show up until the following Mon eve. This isnt my first bad delivery experience with Pharmacy4U.”
“Unfortunately my prescription was not dispatched for a number of days and then Royal Mail took 7 days to deliver it. “Order of Gaviscon Advanced was delivered promptly and well packaged. However, the bottle ordered
was a 600ml and when the bottle arrived it was in a bottle marked ' Not for Retail Sale ' and was not a 600ml bottle (as pictured on the website,) but a 500ml bottle. The website needs to be brought up to date.”
