placed an order and paid extra for a quick delivery, " 2 days", but got it after a week and it wasn't the corrier fault

Had to chase what was happening with order. Then had to chase again with delivery. Took longer than promised guidelines despite payment for postage. Poor service delivery

Ordered x4 carobel, paid extra for next day delivery… 5 days later. Cool. Product was packaged okay and is what it is, that’s why it’s 2 over 1 star.

I placed an order and paid for 24 hour delivery. When it hadn't arrived after two days I checked the order and it hadn't been sent. I sent an email asking what was happening. Two days after that the order was sent with 48 hour delivery, and no reply to my email. The order arrived 6 days after being placed rather than the 1-2 days advertised on the site.

HI Nick, Unfortunately, all prescription items can take up to 24–48 hours during busy periods to safely prescribe. we can see you did recived you order the next day of being prescribed.

it took more thsn one week to receive sensors so I have no measurement of glucoses a few dadays had to send reminder to send shipment.

Sadly the wrong items were sent to me. I rang and was told that they had a barcode problem and they would send the correct item to me but could I send them the incorrect items back. Sadly I am not prepared to do that as this will be at my own cost. I feel the correct items should have been sent out. I now have two items I cannot use and none of the items I actually requested and were on the invoice

I had completed their online consultation and ordered medication for my asthma. The website clearly stated I would receive the product the next day (it still does). However, it did not arrive. I phoned and sent an email but got no response. I phoned two days later and spoke to someone. They said that the order had to be checked by their medical people first and it would be with me the following day. When it arrived, the box containing the medication was battered and looked like it had been resealed. The product was also produced for the Greek market as all the writing on the box and the medication was in Greek. The product was also nearing its 'use by' date. Last but not least, the product was very expensive. I only ordered it because I had an urgent need and could not see a doctor in time. So all in all, a very poor experience. Despite what the website says, they don't deliver medicines the next day, you may receive a product originally intended for a different country (how did it get to the UK), and the the product's shelf life may be limited. A pity because the website promised so much.

Ordered 4 items and after paying and told in stock then later just bef delivery told 2 items out of stock !!!

You did not send me what I asked for despite the correct product picture showing on the purchase screen. Replens with the single applicator tube (what I wanted) is NOT the same as Replens single dose applicators. I am desperately trying to reduce the amount of plastic that passes through my house and frankly, I am appalled that this company produces single-dose applicators in the quantity they obviously do. You did not give me the option to refuse the purchase; you simply assumed I would be content with a substitute. I shall have to use the products you sent now as I have no Replens left but I'm unhappy that I have to do so. I'm not sure I will use your company again.

Not as advertised will not purchase again. Item advertised Martindale eye drops which is what I wanted when they arrived they were Optrex. If I knew this, I would have gone to the local highstreet and purchased them there, saving me £14. Very costly for what they were.

As you can see when you purchased the item it did state in bold for the below item you had purchased: Chloramphenicol Eye Drops 0.5% (10 ml) (Brand many vary due to natiowide shortages) However, we did still ship this item to you but a much more premium and expensive brand at no extra charge. you didn.t have what we payed for and then you found and another item and delivered one short and then out of three items delivered one item was broken not very well packed

My baby's formula did not arrive next working day despite paying for next day delivery. We were not contacted my Pharmacy 4U to be informed of the delay. Do not use this service if you need things that are critical

Ordered a product and paid online. Email notice telling me i had an unpaid item waiting for me, so re-ordered. 2 arrived in different deliveries, and a third message telling me i had unpaid orders waiting for me!! A dishonest way to extract money for a second item i didnt want and a third item i REALLY didnt want!!

Poor customer service and communication. Items were not in stock despite website indicating available. I ordered in time for next day delivery which didn’t happen and neither was I told there’s be a delay, until I had to call them. Additional postage wasn’t refunded and order wasn’t complete as I asked them to send what they had to avoid further delay. In fairness, they were much cheaper than Boots, but not as instant

I was disappointed that the product I'd ordered had been substituted with a different brand and I hadn't been informed. I might have chosen to cancel my order if I'd been given a choice. Also, the product took longer to receive than I expected. This was my first experience of this website and I'm not sure whether I'll use it again.
