“Ordered a product and paid online. Email notice telling me i had an unpaid item waiting for me, so re-ordered. 2 arrived in different deliveries, and a third message telling me i had unpaid orders waiting for me!! A dishonest way to extract money for a second item i didnt want and a third item i REALLY didnt want!!”
“Poor customer service and communication. Items were not in stock despite website indicating available. I ordered in time for next day delivery which didn’t happen and neither was I told there’s be a delay, until I had to call them. Additional postage wasn’t refunded and order wasn’t complete as I asked them to send what they had to avoid further delay. In fairness, they were much cheaper than Boots, but not as instant”

Also, the product took longer to receive than I expected. This was my first experience of this website and I'm not sure whether I'll use it again.”

“I ordered eye ointment which was urgently needed for my mother on the Monday. It said if the order was placed with in time which I did it would be delivered next day . I placed the order and the delivery option was Royal Mail 48 hour so was never going to arrive next day. I then received email from a Royal Mail saying expect to deliver on the Wednesday but didn’t arrive.This eventually arrived on the Thursday. I appreciate it was a bank holiday Monday when I ordered but you shouldn’t be offering a delivery service you cannot provide especially when it comes to urgently required medical items”

Also regarding the delivery, we cannot guarantee if it will be on time, as once Royal Mail collects it from our warehouse, it is out of our control; however, please do get in touch if your delivery is ever delayed.
