I ordered eye ointment which was urgently needed for my mother on the Monday. It said if the order was placed with in time which I did it would be delivered next day . I placed the order and the delivery option was Royal Mail 48 hour so was never going to arrive next day. I then received email from a Royal Mail saying expect to deliver on the Wednesday but didn’t arrive.This eventually arrived on the Thursday. I appreciate it was a bank holiday Monday when I ordered but you shouldn’t be offering a delivery service you cannot provide especially when it comes to urgently required medical items
