Ordered and paid for optrex eye drops on the Monday, as the site stated they were in stock. I paid for delivery that stated they’d arrive by the Wednesday. They didn’t arrive until the Friday and when I opened I realised they’d sent some completely different eye drops of what I ordered in knackered packaging. I contacted customer service with pictures of the receipt next to item received to ask for a refund (happy to send the item back) and I’m bizarrely told it’s effectively my fault as on the website it apparently says somewhere that the ‘brand may vary’. They then go on to say the product they sent is apparently more expensive and I’m then lectured about how their business costs have gone up 133%, as though their business issues are somehow my issues. I don’t think duped customers should be lectured and guilt tripped into thinking they have received some sort of special deal, when all they wanted was the ‘in stock’ item advertised and paid for. This company clearly endorse false advertising and I can see others have experienced similar. Pharmacy4u clearly treat their paying customers with disdain. I haven’t heard anything back from them, so I won’t be surprised to see this company go down the pan as is what tends to happen when a company treats their customers like idiots.
