I placed an order (#19617) for a prescription medication on Friday and was told it would be delivered on Saturday. Four days later and the order has still not been dispatched. Online Pharmacy 4U have ignored my emails and my messages on WhatsApp. When you call their phone number all you get is hold music. Unreliable company with terrible customer service. UPDATE: Your website claims that if you order before 3pm then it will be delivered the next day. It says this on the product information page for the medication I ordered. It does not say anything about multiple days of delay before dispatching the order. I only get a refund because of this bad review. All other attempts to contact you were ignored.
