I ordered an item needed before going on holiday so paid extra for a delivery within 48 hours. Quite clearly they did not have it in stock but failed to tell me this. The product did not arrive until more than a week later and was then incorrect. So I have paid extra for a product that I cannot use. I contacted the company on 9th June using the online email facility and asking either for reimbursement or the correct item. They have not replied. I will not be using them again
