Very disappointing customer service. I have not received this item - which I accept is the fault of Royal Mail - but the only way for this to be investigated is for the Company who organised and paid for the delivery to follow it up. I contacted them to explain and received a "holding" reply saying that you would follow it up. I have heard nothing since, I have not had any further communication and remain without the product and out of pocket. Just not good enough!
