I tried contacting your helpline multiple times, only to face long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a lack of any real resolution to my concerns. In addition, I sent multiple emails expressing my disappointment and requesting assistance with the issue, but sadly, I received no reply whatsoever. The lack of responsiveness from your customer service team is deeply concerning and makes me question the reliability and trustworthiness of your company. As a long-time customer, I expected better from your brand, especially considering the high regard I held for your products and services in the past. This experience has left me feeling utterly let down and dissatisfied.
