Absolutely awful service, don't waste your time with this website. I ordered baby formula, received completely different product. Contacted customer service they blamed it on new software error asked me to return the items to get a refund. Provided return label that was only suitable to be scanned within post depot, completely ignored my emails after. Never acknowledged that they received items back nor processed refund. Very disappointed.
