The Replens MD I ordered was for the cream with reusable applicator. I received two packets of ready filled applicators which, because I am 86 and have arthritic hands I am unable to use as they are too stiff. I have to get someone to empty them and then use the cream which is very messy and inconvenient. Delivery took 11 days which I found unacceptable. I will not order from you again.
