Paid extra for 24 hour delivery - product not shipped for 4 days and then sent 48 hour delivery.
Item did not arrive in time for my holiday.
Emailed customer services to understand the delay but they never responded.
Lots of plastic used in packaging. Please consider more sustainable alternatives.
I won’t use this company again.
