Paid for expedited delivery but they didn’t dispatch my item for 6 days. I had to chase them and they said words to the effect of ‘oh we’ll look into it’, ignoring my request for a refund on the shopping charges. I have chased multiple times since but they are just ignoring. Won’t be buying from here again.
