Paid for 1-2 day delivery for my son’s formula as he suffers from CMPA, it’s been a week and I still haven’t received my package. Contacted pharmacy4u via email and they told me they chased it up with Royal Mail and it would be with me on the 5th, it’s now the 8th and still nothing. I’m lucky I received my son’s prescription of it as I purchased this as a last resort as boots are useless at ordering his formula in on time when I put the prescription through, and 111 couldn’t help with an emergency prescription, I was depending on this to arrive otherwise I would’ve had no formula for my 4 month old son, it’s appalling especially when it tells you if you order within a certain amount of time you get NEXT DAY DELIVERY, I’ve asked for at least a refund on my delivery fee but after still not hearing back I feel I deserve more, the panic and stress I’ve had all week making sure my son doesn’t starve because everyone I’ve turned to has failed to help us, I would’ve had to resort to giving him a formula full of lactose which would’ve ended up in a hospital trip. Appalling.
