Product was leaking when I received it. I have asked to return it and a refund as I'm entitled to by law. Your member of staff said I’m not intiteld to a refund as it was impossible for the product to leak and implied that I had damaged it on purpose. The general pharmaceutical council are now dealing with my complaint.
