My order arrived smashed, I replied and sent an email back saying that I wondered whether they could resolve the problem either with a refund or another shipment. They replied saying that this was entirely my fault and that they would not accept responsibility. This is extremely poor service and completely unacceptable .As a matter of emergency I had had to quickly source my product from elsewhere, then proceeded to respond in hope of further action unfortunately no action was taken. I will not recommend this company!
