I use private services. I am on Metformin for few years. I paid £84.49 for four boxes as I am going away. I was waiting one week for the order. I have not received any emails. Once I contacted them they emailed me saying my order was rejected. They issued refund £79.49 as they charge £5 for rejections on their behalf. Nice way of making goooood money!!!!!!!!
Also they checked GP's records called Summary Care Records without my permission.
