In their wisdom they decided to hang on to my order without telling me they had a query with address because it had no door number. Very odd as many UK addresses do not have door numbers. They did contact me, it was only when I called to chase my order that I was told. It took nearly 2 weeks for my order to turn up. Absolutely unacceptable and no whiff of an apology for wasting my time but waiting for order and having to make a phone call. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
