In stock when ordered, still waited over 10th for delivery. Asked x2 if they could send substitute advised NO twice was allergic to it. Eventual delivery was the substitute and said we had advised they could send substitute - err no we didn’t. Returns label wouldn’t scan at 3 PO’s including main sorting office and none would accept the parcel, no option but to pay postage now they say they won’t refund. (No answer on phone - full inbox) Won’t hold my breath on a quick refund either. Quick email response though
