The items I purchased were the best priced compared to all other online stores. The delivery was very quick even though it was stated 3-5 days, it came within two days.
My order was incomplete, so I called customer service who asked me to state my query in an email. I received a response within the hour and a refund processed swiftly. I still wanted the items, so I was asked to purchase again but they refunded the delivery charge.
