I ordered Almased lactose free as I have a severe lactose allergy I have been sent Almased almond which is not lactose free, I rely on meal replacements as due to surgery I cannot have solid food, so now I have a delay while I source the correct product which means I shall be without … I do feel more care could have been taken as it was clearly labelled lactose free on the order, so it’s distressing that I shall be without my food source which keeps me going.
