Paid for speedy delivery but order did not arrive until today, 6 days later, when emailing to ask for updates got standard reply of saying it's Royal Maile delay and it will be looked into but never got updates back, on my tracker Royal Mail we're still awaiting to receive the item to them up until yesterday morning. On opening the box everything I was expecting was there so that was a plus, won't use again as never offered anything back after paying extra for speedy delivery or satisfactory replies
