Item delivered was not what I ordered or was advertised. Have been emailing for 9 days with no resolution so far. I have asked for a refund as per their policy or refunding if their error and keep getting emails duplicating what they have already said. Have tried calling and nobody ever picks up the phone. Terrible customer service and I would give minus stars if I could.
