Worst online experience, order placed 17 Oct, still dont have the item I paid for. Received the incorrect item, said it was due to a barcode error and i must return the incorrect item before they send me what I ordered. Very poor customer service for a critical service provider!! after several emails Pharmacy4U emailed a postage label however, the Post Office said it cannot be used, I am no further afield.
My first and only time of using Pharmacy4U, never again! I wonder if this sort of issue formed part of their audit.
