Ordered two Phorpain at 10%,they sent one at 5% which is not as effective. I complained reply received, the wrong barcode was used. I could return the 5% and then have 25% off the 10%.I pointed out by the time I went to the Post Office and paid postage the discount would be nil despise the inconvenience,suggested their error and should just send another tube of 10%not rereceived a response.
