Ordered 2 items. After one week received only one item. At no time from when I ordered was I told that one of the items was out of stock and the website took my order and payment. It wasn't until the package was received that showed only one item was being sent. This is a 'Pharmacy' website, and luckily the items ordered was not medication, but if it were and urgently needed, to find out a week later that item not sent is bad. PLUS I WAS CHARGED CARRIAGE ALTHOUGH THE ORDER WAS CARRIAGE PAID AND NOT HAD A REFUND FOR THE CARRIAGE CHARGE. I SEE YOUR RESPONSE BELOW. IT IS A LIE THAT I WAS CONTACTED TO SAY ONLY ONE ITEM AVAILABLE - THE FIRST I KNEW OF THIS WAS ON THE DELIVERY NOTE ONCE PART ORDER RECEIVED. ALSO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CARRIAGE CHARGE REFUND DUE TO ME OR ANY EMAIL FROM YOU INFORMING OF A FUTURE 10% DISCOUNT.
