Purchaes 2 itmes paid £18.50+ £3.95 postage. Received differnet items, when I complained was told
'Thank you for your image, yes these are the same item essentially just a different brand but do the exact same this.' They are not the same I don't want them, very dissapointed, they now expect me to pay the return postage 'really' no mention of receiving what I actually ordred or a refund. Poor customer service.
