It is now TEN days since I placed my order, having laughingly paid extra for delivery in 'ONE to TWO' days, and my account was debited accordingly. I was fobbed off when I emailed a complaint about the delay, by your attempt to blame Royal Mail. While Royal Mail confirms the existence of my tracking number, it says it has not received anything from you for delivery to me! I could understand supply problems if properly explained, but downright lies are inexcusable. Shame on your company. I expect a refund is out of the question, but I will not be ordering from you again.
