I have been ordering from them for while now and had no issues. Until now. I order 4 of the same item and they sent me 3 wrong items and 1 that I thought was correct. I opened the box yesterday and they've sent me the sachets instead of the tube of cream. I have emailed them twice in 4 days with no reply. I've tried calling them but on every option it just refers you back to emailing them. This is ridiculous I cannot get ant response from them not happy.
