In most respects a good service and a good product. However the delivery service (provided by Royal Mail) is dreadful. The first order took four days to arrive not two. The second order never arrived. We got an email from Royal Mail saying that it couldn’t be delivered which was simply untrue. We were in the house all day. So we know that they didn’t try to deliver it. I suggest that you have words with Royal Mail.
